The group is led by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/thierryvanbever\/?originalSubdomain=lu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Thierry Vanbever<\/a>, an expert in human resources and payroll and founder of LetzHR.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are joining forces to strengthen local solutions through our international power,\u201d Vanbever said. \u201cThe focus is on more local quality and better service for global customers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The news release said analysts claim that the notion of a \u201cone global service solution\u201d doesn\u2019t work, a view shared by global companies, who have had bad experiences with international payroll providers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe truth is that there is a lack of direct contact with local salary experts, and payroll is often managed by offshore competence centers,\u201d the release said. \u201cThis multilevel communication results in significant friction losses. The conclusion is obvious: Payroll is local. Hybrid is normal.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The launch comes at a time when nearly\u00a0<a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pymnts.com\/study\/measuring-consumer-satisfaction-instant-payouts-disbursements\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">80% of workers<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0say they want their pay to arrive quicker, with nearly 80% opting for instant payouts, according to PYMNTS Intelligence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cData analysis showed that consumers receiving income and earnings payouts are the most likely to opt for instant transactions,\u201d PYMNTS wrote recently.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe trend holds true across all <a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pymnts.com\/disbursements\/2023\/early-access-compensation-popular-nearly-80percent-workers-opt-instant-payouts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">disbursement categories,<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> from government and nongovernment entities to insurance claim payments and loan disbursements.
